“徽标”由蓝色和红色组成。蓝色象征地球，它是人类赖以生存的生命之源。红色象征中国属地球的一部分，其形状寓意“龙的传人”。综合象征中国与世界和平和谐共处，环球精英助力构建人类命运共同体。

The forum logo incorporates blue and red. Blue symbolizes the universe which is the source of life on which human beings survive . Red symbolizes that China is part of the universe with its shape meaning “the heir to the dragon”. Comprehensive symbol of China and world peace and harmonious coexistence, the global elites contibute to the building of a community of human destiny.

环球精英网（GLOBAL ELITE NET）环球精英杂志社（Global Elite Magazine缩写GEM）是在著名华侨领袖（华侨旗帜·民族光辉）陈嘉庚爱国事迹的感召下，是在海内外爱国精英和部委老领导们的支持下，于2015年创办的（国际刊号ISSN2517-9217，备案号为ICP备18058890环球精英论坛Global Elite Forum)。其主要目的是用中文给全世界讲述环球顶尖爱国精英及爱好世界和平和谐焦点人物故事的、具有国际化视野，能起到正能量引领作用的灵魂人文年刊。更是链接世界爱国精英和爱华精英互动、交流、合作的聚集地；是助力中国与世界和平友好、共同发展的纽带和桥梁；是推动中华文化软实力走出去、提升爱国精英在世界的影响力，公信力和凝聚力的高端平台。

Global Elite Magazine (GEM) is inspired by the patriotic deeds of renowned overseas Chinese leader Chen Jiaxuan, and was founded in 2015 with the support of patriotic elites and senior leaders of ministries at home and abroad (International journal ISSN2517-9217, filed as ICP 18058890 Global Elite Forum), and obtained the trademark protection of the National Intellectual Property Office. Its main purpose is to use Chinese language to tell the world’s top patriotic elite and love of world peace and harmony stories focused at international perspective.  It provides a positive leading role in the humanities annual. It is also a rendezvous to provide  interaction, exchange and cooperation among the patriotic elites of the world and the elites of Aihua; a link and bridge to help China and the world to create friendships and to develop together. It is a high-end platform to promote the soft power of Chinese culture to reach out and enhance the influence, credibility and cohesion of the Chinese patriotic elites in the world.
